The Boston Flourish Conference came out of the desire to celebrate the synergy of how collaboration can transform a city. Our desire is for the Christian community to better connect with each other and to opportunities that help transform lives. 

Each year, Boston Flourish brings together hundreds of leaders, neighbors, and changemakers who believe in building a more connected, compassionate, and flourishing city. This year’s theme,

“A Story Unfolding: It Starts With Us”

invites us to see our shared work as part of a larger story—one still being written through the ways we serve, lead, and stand together.

We’ll explore four key topics shaping the future of Boston:

• Migrant Care & Solidarity

  How can we strengthen belonging across borders and backgrounds? This conversation centers the dignity and stories of new Bostonians and the communities welcoming them.

• Next Gen Engagement

  What does faith mean to a generation raised on pressure? Together, we’ll explore how churches and organizations can respond to Gen Z’s longing for authenticity, meaning, and mental well-being.

• Trauma Healing

  Boston’s youth and families are carrying unseen burdens. We’ll highlight the power of collaboration among social workers, educators, and faith communities to create pathways for healing.

• Civic Action

  Real change happens when everyday people step into leadership. This track focuses on equipping individuals and organizations to advocate for justice, shape policy, and foster civic participation across our city.

Mr. Justin Giboney

And Campaign

A political strategist, attorney, and community leader, Justin Giboney is nationally recognized for bridging the gap between social justice and Christian conviction. Through the AND Campaign, he has challenged churches and civic leaders alike to pursue compassion and conviction in the public square, calling for a more thoughtful, faithful kind of civic engagement.

Mr. Glen Comiso & Dr. Kate Jackson-Meyer

The Human Flourishing Program, Harvard University

Mr. Glen Comiso is the Executive Director of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard that advances pioneering research on the conditions that allow individuals and societies to thrive. The work of the Program explores the intersection of faith, purpose, and well-being—helping us understand how flourishing can be measured, nurtured, and shared across communities. 

Dr. Kate Jackson-Meyer is a Research Associate at the Program and an Affiliate of the Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics. Her research focuses on the role of forgiveness and restoration in supporting individual and communal flourishing, particularly in contexts of moral conflict and tragedy.
